The 1920 Maryland Aggies football team represented the University of Maryland in the 1920 college football season. In their 10th season under head coach Curley Byrd, the Aggies compiled a 7–2 record, 4–0 against South Atlantic Intercollegiate Athletic Association opponents, shut out five of nine opponents, and outscored all opponents 149 to 55. The team's victories included games against Virginia Tech (7–0), North Carolina (10–0), Syracuse (10–7), and Johns Hopkins (24–7). The losses were sustained against Rutgers (0–6) and Princeton (0–35).[1][2]

The 1920 season was Maryland's last as a member of the South Atlantic Intercollegiate Athletic Association (SAIAA). In December 1920, Maryland's coach Byrd was one of the prime movers in the founding of the Southern Conference.[3]
