The 2002 Italian Figure Skating Championships (Italian: Campionati Italiani Assoluti 2002 Pattinaggio Di Figura Su Ghiaccio) were the Italian Figure Skating Championships of the 2001-2002 figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, and ice dancing for the title of national champion of Italy. The results of this competition were used to choose the teams to the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, the 2002 World Figure Skating Championships, the 2002 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, and the 2003 European Figure Skating Championships.
The singles and pairs competition was held in Collalbo from December 7 through December 9, 2001. The ice dance competition was held from December 22 through December 23, 2001 in Palaghiaccio.
