The 2010 Korea Open Super Series is the first tournament of the 2010 BWF Super Series in badminton. It was held in Seoul, South Korea from January 12 to January 17, 2010.^[1]

Kwon Hee Sook was not truly seeded third. The original third seed withdrew before the competition began and Sook was entered into the third seed bracket for Round One.
