The 2014 Northeast Conference Men's Soccer Tournament, was the twenty sixth edition of the tournament. It determined the Northeast Conference's automatic berth into the 2014 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. St. Francis Brooklyn entered the tournament as a the defending champions.

The St. Francis Brooklyn Terriers won the NEC title, besting the Saint Francis Red Flash, 21 in overtime in the championship match. It was St. Francis Brooklyn's sixth NEC title overall and second consecutive.

The tournament was hosted by Saint Francis (PA), since they won the NEC Regular Season Championship and all matches were contested at DeGol Field in Loretto, PA.
