Abdur Rehman (cricketer, born 1955)

Abdur Rehman (Urdu: عبدالرحمان), (born Abdur Rehman Rajput (Urdu: عبدالرحمن راجپوت), on 10 March 1955) was a Pakistani cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and right-arm off-break bowler who played for Hyderabad. He was born in Hyderabad.

Having made his debut for the team at the age of 13, in the quarter-final of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, it was two more seasons before he appeared again for the team, though in three innings he failed to score a single run for the team.

Following the 1971-72 campaign, in which Hyderabad reached the quarter final before being defeated by the Karachi Blues, Rehman took two seasons out of the game, before returning for the team in the 1975-76 season.

Rehman continued to play for the team until the 1978-79 season.

In sixteen innings, Rehman scored just 29 runs, though he performed better with the ball, taking 34 wickets from 300.3 overs, including two five-wicket innings.
