Afghanistan Study Group

Not to be confused with Afghanistan Studies Group (ASG), an organization of the Department of War Studies at King's College London discussing topics relating to Afghanistan.

The Afghanistan Study Group is a task force that produced a report called A New Way Forward: Rethinking U.S. Strategy in Afghanistan.[1][2] It was organized by Steve Clemons of the New America Foundation, directed by Matthew Hoh and "included some four dozen denizens of think tanks, academics and former US government officials."[3]
