Alexander Revell[1]

Alexander Hamilton Revell, Sr. (6 January 1858 Chicago — 13 March 1931 Chicago) was an American businessman from Chicago who in 1879 founded the Alexander H. Revell & Co. and built it into a large furniture retailer.[2] Revell died by falling or jumping from his bathroom window on the 9th floor of the Drake Hotel.[3]
