Ali Dehghaniyan (born 24 March 1985) is a Iranian male former weightlifter, who competed in the 105 kg category and represented Iran at international competitions. He won the silver medal at the 2005 West Asian Games and the silver medal at the 2005 Asian Weightlifting Championships.[1]
