All or Nothin' (stylized as All or N.O.thin') is the debut album by rap group, 54th Platoon. It was released on September 24, 2002 as the only studio album released through the short-lived FUBU Records. On the album, 54th Platoon collaborated with several of hip hop's top producers, including Ty Fyffe, Lil Jon, Antwan "Amadeus" Thompson and N.O. Joe, as well as guest artists, Nicole Wray, Jazze Pha and 8Ball.
The album was not a huge commercial success, but it did make it to three Billboard charts, 21 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, 2 on Top Heatseekers and 6 on Top Independent Albums.
