History

Alphaeon Corporation was founded in July 2013 by Chief Executive Officer, Robert E. Grant.[1][2] Alphaeon Corporation remains a wholly owned subsidiary of Strathspey Crown LLC, a private equity firm located in Newport Beach, California.[3]

In July 2014 Alphaeon Corporation acquired PRN Physician Recommended Nutricuetials, a manufacturer of nutritional supplements.[4][5]

In December 2014 Alphaeon Corporation acquired Clarion Medical Technologies, a medical device and product manufacturer based in Cambridge, Ontario.[6][7]
