Amadou Haidara (born 31 January 1998) is a footballer from Mali who currently plays as a midfielder for the Austrian club Liefering[2] on loan from FC Red Bull Salzburg.

International career

He played 5 matches for the Malian U17 team. There he scored one goal.

Haidara also played for the FC Red Bull Salzburg U-19 team in the UEFA Youth League. There he scored two goals versus FK Vardar Skopje.[3]

Personal life

Haidara started his career with the Malian side JMG Academy Bamako. In July 2016 he went to FC Red Bull Salzburg. He was given on loan to the second league side FC Liefering, which is the farm team of Red Bull.

He made his first appearance in the 3rd round of the 2016/17 league versus LASK Linz. He substituted Gideon Mensah after the halftime break and scored in minute 48 his first goal for Liefering.[4]
