American Revenge (previously title Noodle Man) is an upcoming action-thriller film directed by Daming Chen, which will star Hong-Kong martial arts star Donnie Yen in the title role, it will be Yen's first major leading role in an US film.[1]
Plot
A cop-turned-noodle shop owner (Donnie Yen) finds a new lease on life in New York's Chinatown when a Chinese drug lord – responsible for the death of the former's partner during a botched mission 15 years ago, walks into his life.

Development
Production for the movie begin in 2014.[2] It is Yen's third project in an US production in 13 years, after appearing in Rogue One, produced by Lucasfilm, and Vin Diesel's highly anticipated film, XXX: Return of Xander Cage. Michael Shamberg, who produced The Big Chill, Get Shorty, Gattaca, Erin Brockovich, and A Walk Among the Tombstones, produced the movie.
Casting
Rumors about casting the actors who works alongside Donnie Yen is Michelle Yeoh, even Al Pacino and Robert De Niro has been discussed, but none of this was confirmed.[3][4]
