Anatoliy Ilyich Bibilov (Ossetian: Бибылты Ильяйы фырт Анатолий; Russian: Анатолий Ильич Бибилов (born February 6, 1970) is a Russian and South Ossetian military officer, who has been South Ossetia's minister of emergency situations since 2008. He won the first round of the 2011 presidential election, but lost the runoff to Alla Dzhioyeva.[1]
