Aneethi Kathaigal (English: Injustice stories) is an upcoming Indian Tamil action drama film written and directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja in his second feature film featuring Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil in the lead.[1] The film also has Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Mysskin, playing very important roles, while P. C. Sreeram is doing the cinematography. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director.[2] Directors Mysskin and Nalan Kumarasamy have been reportedly roped in to pen dialogues for the film.[3]

After a 5-year-long hiatus, during October 2016 director Thiagarajan Kumararaja announced his next film which is likely to feature Vijay Sethupathi and Mollywood star Fahad Fazil. Later, Samantha was signed to play the female lead role Beside Vijay Sethupathi. The actress has recently signed few interesting projects already, veteran cinematographer PC Sreeram will take care of the visuals[4] and Thiagarajan Kumararaja himself is likely to produce the film along with a popular banner, and there are talks with some of the leading producers in K-town to fund this movie.[5][6]
