Anna Sosnovsky
Anna Sosnovsky(died 1949[1]) was an anarchist, member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union and the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America. Along with Rose Pesotta, Fanny Breslaw and Clara Rothberg Larsen, she published Der Yunyon Arbeter ("The Union Worker") between 1923 and 1927.[2]
She had two daughters with Abe Winokour, a fellow anarchist, named Tisa (in hommage to Sacco and Vanzetti) and Voltairine de Cleyre Winokour.[3]
Sosnovsky and Winokour chose to be buried in Chicago's Waldheim Cemetery, near Emma Goldman and the monument to the Haymarket martyrs.
