Arnaldo Nogueira de Novais Guedes Rebelo. (11 June 1847 – year of death unknown) was a Portuguese colonial administrator and a military personnel.[1]
He was governor of Cape Verde between 1901 and 1902,[2][3] later he was governor of Macau until 1903[4][5] and from was the 112th governor of Portuguese India from905 until 1907.[6][7] He came to the post as brigadier general in 1910.[1]
