Axel en Helena van der Kraan
Axel en Helena van der Kraan is a sculptor-duo from the Netherlands, consisting of Axel van der Kraan (born 1949) and Helena Jirina (Helena) van der Kraan-Maazel (born as Helena Jirina Mazl in Prague 1940).[1]
They live and work together in Rotterdam since 1987. In 1989 they were awarded the Hendrik Chabot Award. In 1990 in Museum Boymans Van Beuningen there was a retrospective of their work with sculptors, drawings, and photography.[2]
