Azrieal (born September 23, 1981)[1] is an Argentinian/Peruvian professional wrestler currently working on the independent circuit. He is best known for working for promotions such as Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) and Jersey All Pro Wrestling (JAPW).[1] He has held many championships including the CZW World Tag Team Championship.[3]
Professional wrestling career
Jersey All Pro Wrestling (2002–2012)
Since debuting in professional wrestling, Azriel has made regular appearances for Jersey All Pro Wrestling (JAPW). Azeiel made his debut against Homicide in a losing effort. He worked in the promotion in a lower tier status for two years.
His began rising in 2004 when he won JAPW Light Heavyweight Championship. He defended against competitors like Dan Maff and Sonjay Dutt. He lost the title later that year. He also won the JAPW Tag Team Championship in late 2004 and lost it in 2005. He then worked in the junior division again, winning the title three more times. He won the Tag Team Championship two times during the period between 2007 and 2012 with Jay Lethal and Dixie. Azriel departed from the company in 2012.
Combat Zone Wrestling (2004–2014)
He made his Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) debut in 2004. Azriel received a push in CZW when he won CZW World Tag Team Championship with Bandido Jr.. They lost it on 2009. They won the title one more time in 2012 and held it for nearly an year. His alliance with Bandido ended when Bandido departed from company. Azriel then returned to singles competition but made only sporadic appearances. On May 10, 2014, Azriel defeated Joker at CW Proving Grounds 2014.
Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (2011)
On June 23, 2011, Palacios made an appearance on Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's Impact Wrestling television show, losing to Zema Ion in a three–way match, which also included Dakota Darsow.
Other promotions (2014–present)
On March 22, 2014 he challenged Stevie Richards for the Extreme Rising World Championship but was defeated.[4]
WWE (2014)
In December 2014, Azreial took part in a WWE Tryout Camp.
Return to JAPW (2015–present)
On March 21, 2015, Azriel made his return for Jersey All Pro Wrestling in a match where he was defeated by Chris Sabin.
