The Bastrop Daily Enterprise is an American daily newspaper published in Bastrop, Louisiana. It is owned by GateHouse Media.
The paper covers the city of Bastrop and Morehouse Parish.
Mildred Nixon Nolan (1905-2003), an educator and historian from Oak Ridge in Morehouse Parish, wrote seventeen articles for The Bastrop Daily Enterprise on Methodism in northeast Louisiana, dates unavailable. As chairperson for History and Archives, she was the first woman member of the Council of Ministries of the Louisiana Methodist Conference.[1]
