Beer52

Beer52 is a UK based craft beer club.[1] Started by Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2014,[2] James Brown and his business partner Fraser Doherty MBE in 2013, it delivers a curated selection of craft beer to its members every month, runs an online bottle shop and also publishes the magazine FERMENT.

Subscription service

Beer52 runs a subscription service[3] - where members are delivered 8 or 10 craft beers every month. The beers are curated by the Beer52 team and beer buyer Heather Naismith.[4] The club in August 2016 boasted over 10,000 members[5]

Online bottle shop

Beer52 also runs an online bottle shop where members and non-members can individually buy a selection of small batch craft beers.

FERMENT Magazine

Starting from an A5 booklet sent to members in their monthly boxes, Beer52 now produces the 100 page FERMENT magazine that tracks 'Experiments in the craft alcohol industry'. The magazine was taken on by WHSmith in May 2016 and added to 2,000 of their stores.
