Billy Richards (1905 in Wales – ) was a Welsh male international footballer, midfielder (outside right position). He was part of the Wales national football team, playing 1 match on 07 December 1932 against Ireland .[1] On club level he competed for Wolverhampton Wanderers and Fulham F.C.. For Fulham F.C. he played between 1931 and 1935 82 matches, scoring 15 goals.
