Blake Cordish

Blake L. Cordish (born December 29, 1970) is a Principal and Vice President of The Cordish Companies. He is responsible for the Real Estate Division of the Company.[1] Cordish is the son of David S. Cordish, the third generation CEO and Chairman of The Cordish Companies.[2]

Biography

Blake L. Cordish was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and he is currently a Principal and Vice President for The Cordish Companies. Mr. Cordish's responsibilities include new developments, as well as leasing for The Cordish Companies.[3] Mr. Cordish focuses primarily on urban public-private developments. Mr. Cordish played an active role in the development of Bayou Place, Ballpark Village, Fourth Street Live!, The Power & Light District, XFINITY Live!, and other developments within The Cordish Companies portfolio.[4] Mr. Cordish holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University where he graduated magna cum laude. He also played on the varsity tennis team during his time at Princeton.[5][6] Mr. Cordish serves on the boards and governing bodies of numerous charitable and non-profit agencies.[7]

Personal life

Cordish currently resides in Lutherville, Maryland with his wife, Angie (née Delp) Cordish, and their three children.[8] He serves as a trustee for Johns Hopkins University.[9]
