Bleptochiton leucotrigona is a moth in the Depressariidae family, and the only species in the genus Bleptochiton. It was described by Turner in 1947. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland.[1]
The wingspan is 24–26 mm. The forewings are grey sometimes partly reddish with a triangular snow-white costal spot beyond the middle. The stigmata are fuscous, the first discal at one-fourth, the plical beyond it, the second discal at one-half, narrowly lunate. There is a dark Y-shaped suffusion from the tornus enclosing the costal triangle. The subterminal area is pale purple-tinged, containing a transverse series of longitudinal transverse streaks and there is a fuscous terminal line preceded by a pale line. The hindwings are fuscous with a large yellow costal triangle.[2]
