Robert Earl Long is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He had two separate stints in the majors, four years apart. Long appeared in five games for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1981, then after three seasons in the minors, made 28 appearances for the Seattle Mariners in 1985.
