Bohdan Winiarski

Bohdan Stefan Winiarski (born in Bohdanów, Łomża County on 27 April 1884; died in Poznań on 4 December 1969) was a Polish politician, jurist and former President of the International Court of Justice.[1][2] He had been first elected to the court in 1946.[3]
