Brandy Moss-Scott is an American R&B singer from Los Angeles, California.

She is best known for her 2002 single "I Don't Really Know", which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles Saleschart.[1] for 2 months and stayed on the Top 50 for forty-seven weeks. It also peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Sales chart.

She is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for holding the record of being the "Earliest independent artist to debut at #1 on the Billboard Hot R&B Singles Chart", with her single "I Really Don't Know" on 22 June 2002.

Moss-Scott has been signed to Heavenly Tunes Records for most of her career.
