Temuchin "Bucky" Hodges (born August 8, 1995) is an American football tight end for the Virginia Tech Hokies.
Early years
Hodges attended Salem High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Hodges played quarterback in high school. As a junior he passed for 2,142 yards and 26 touchdowns and as a senior had 2,214 yards, with 18 touchdowns. He was rated by Rivals.com as a four-star recruit and was ranked as the 10th best pro-style quarterback in his class.[1] He committed to Virginia Tech to play college football.
College career
Hodges converted from quarterback to tight end at Virginia Tech.[2] After redshirting his first year in 2013, he played in all 13 games in 2014 making 10 starts. He finished the season with 45 receptions for 526 yards and seven touchdowns.[3] In 2015, Hodges started all 13 game, recording 40 receptions for 530 yards with six receiving touchdowns and one rushing touchdown.[4][5]
