Budczyce [butˈt͡ʂɨt͡sɛ] (German: Haltauf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zawonia in Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship in southwestern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Zawonia, 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Trzebnica, and 26 kilometres (16 mi) north-east of the regional capital Wrocław.

Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.
