CSK Holdings Corporation (株式会社CSKホールディングス Kabushiki-gaisha Shī Esu Kei Hōrudingusu) (TYO: 9737) is a Japanese conglomerate formed in 1968, that primarily provides IT services to businesses. Between 1984 and 2004, they were the financial holding group for the video game company Sega. They also owned the CSK Research Institute, which later became CRI Middleware.
