The Cagayan Valley Lady Rising Suns are a professional women's volleyball team playing in various tournaments, including the Shakey's V-League and the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). The team is owned by the family of Alvaro Antonio[1] (the incumbent governor[2] of the Province of Cagayan) and is managed[3] by his daughter,[4] Criselda Antonio-Pua (the incumbent mayor of Alcala, Cagayan and provincial sports coordinator[5] for the Province of Cagayan), herself, a former volleyball player.

Since July 2015, the team became inactive due to management issues within the team.[6]
