Campomanesia hirsuta is a species of plant in the Myrtaceae family.
The plant is endemic to the Atlantic Forest ecoregion of southeastern Brazil, within Rio de Janeiro state.
It is an IUCN Red List Endangered species, threatened by habitat loss.
