Cássio Werneck is a Brazilian Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, instructor and owner of Cassio Werneck BJJ, located in Sacramento, California. He teaches six days a week including both adult and child classes. Cassio’s goal is to continue to impart his extensive knowledge and experience of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to his students while continuing to learn and improve his game. Elite athletes such as Randy Couture, Frank Mir, Dan Henderson, and Urijah Faber have trained under Cassio at his Sacramento location.

Cassio has conducted seminars in the Middle East, as well as the U.S. and Brazil.[1]
