Charles Thomas Cleveland (born March 10, 1956) is a United States Army Lieutenant General who was the commander of the United States Army Special Operations Command (2012-15). He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy. He previously served as Chief of Staff, and as Deputy Commander of the Army Special Operations command, as well as Commander of Special Operations Command South.
