Charles T. "Chuck" McIlhinney Jr. is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing the 10th District since 2007. Previously he was a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1998 through 2006. He won election to the house in a special election on February 3, 1998.[1]

McIlhinney attended La Salle College High School, graduating in 1985, before earning a degree in finance from Bryant College in 1989.[2] He is working towards an MBA from University of Phoenix[2]

He was on the borough council of Doylestown, Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1996. He also served as Director of the Bucks County Office of Employment and Training.
