Charlie Ngatai (born 17 August 1990) is a rugby union footballer who plays as a midfield back for the Chiefs in Super Rugby.
Charlie currently plays and captains Taranaki in the ITM Cup and has captained the Maori All Blacks. He made his All Blacks debut against Samoa in Apia in a one off test in 2015.
Charlie has won competitions in 2013 with the Chiefs in Super Rugby and in 2014 with Taranaki in the ITM Cup. He has played for Wellington Lions in the ITM Cup and the Hurricanes in Super Rugby.[1]
He was born in Gisborne, New Zealand.
