The mall is operated by WP Glimcher[2] and features four primary tenant spaces.
Stores
Charlottesville Fashion Square is home to four anchor spaces. The Belk store is divided up into two anchor spaces, one for Men and Home (East Anchor) and one for Women (West Anchor). J.C. Penney is the South Anchor located near the Children's Play Area and Sears/Sears Auto Center serves as the north anchor near Red Robin.[3] The mall is home to many dining choices: Chick-fil-A, China Express, Sbarro, Auntie Anne's Pretzel's, Dippin' Dots, and Starbucks Coffee.
The mall also houses over 65 different retail stores.[4]
