Chen Ching-tsai (Chinese: 陳慶財; pinyin: Chén Qìngcái) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Deputy Secretary-General of Executive Yuan in 2008-2014.[1]
Early life
Chen did his master's degree in accounting from National Chengchi University in 1993. He did his executive MBA degree in business administration from National Taiwan University in 2005.
Early career
He was the accountant-general of the Ministry of Economic Affairs in 1999-2000.
Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics
Since 2000, he started to work for Directorate-General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics as accounting officer and chief secretary in 2000-2003, director-general of First Bureau in 2003-2004 and deputy minister in 2004-2006.
