Plot
In Dholakpur Bheem feels worried about King Indravarma and Princess Indumati who are stranded at Petra. A messenger arrives and Bheem sends him directly to the Dholakpur prison thinking it is false. They face dangers on the way and get stranded in a desert. They get captured by the Stephard Lions and learn to be fierce bandits like them. One day, a lion runs after an innocent girl and Bheem chases him out forever from their territory. The leader regrets enslavement of Bheem & friends and releases them all. They head for Petra and find the King. They start investigating disappearance of Indumati & princess of Petra. Bheem is told that the princesses of both kingdoms have been captured by a dacoit named Kala Hath (Dark Hands). Bheem participates in the Annual Sports Competition and beats Dark Hands forever. He grabs the princesses and returns to the arena. The Evil Minister of the King of Petra gets thrashed by Kalia. The king realizes and imprisons his evil minister. Reception
The movie was released on Chhota Bheem's birthday and was received well; but though backed with a powerful script and ever-evolving plots, it failed to match the runaway success of the first Chhota Bheem movie: Chhota Bheem Aur Krishna. Some of the reasons attributed were: absence of good title song, shoddy and hasty animation and the failed hype associated with the past four movies.
Principals
The movie was written by Raj Viswanadha and directed by Rajiv Chilaka. It was made and released by Greengold Animation of Hyderabad, India.[1]
