Chiasmocleis alagoana is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is endemic to remnants of the Atlantic rainforest in the state of Alagoas at Maceio and Rio Largo, in north-eastern Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and intermittent freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
