Chilton Powell

W. R. Chilton Powell (March 11, 1912-Dec. 31, 1994) was bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma from 1953 to 1977. He was an alumnus of Carleton College and Seabury-Western Theological Seminary.
