Chris Spirou
Chris Spirou is a politician in New Hampshire in the United States. He was born in the town of Porti in the Prefecture of Karditsa, Province of Thessaly, Greece, and migrated in 1956, at the age of 13, to the United States of America.[1] He is a graduate of Saint Anselm College, Goffstown, New Hampshire, and holds a Master's Degree in Urban Studies and Social Change from Goddard College, Vermont. Spirou lectured in many universities including Harvard University and Dartmouth College and has taught the course as an adjunct Professor at New Hampshire College. In 1970 he was elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He has been New Hampshire Democratic Party Chairman and was a Democratic nominee for governor.
Spirou leads the planning and curricular agenda for the academic community of Hellenic American University.
