Vitreorana castroviejoi is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is locally known as ranita de cristal de Castroviejo ("Castroviejo glass-frog"). It is endemic to Paria Peninsula, Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. Its conservation status is unclear.
