Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) (देवनागरी: अख्तियार दुरुपयोग तथा अनुशन्धान आयोग) is an apex constitutional body for corruption control for the Government of Nepal. Interim constitution of Nepal 2007 has empowered CIAA to investigate and probe cases against the persons holding any public office and their associates who are indulged in the abuse of authority by way of corruption and/or improper conduct.[1]
Mr. Lokman Singh Karki (लोकमान सिंह कार्कि) is the Chief Commissioner and Mr. Prem Kumar Rai is Acting Secretary of The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).
