"Corazón" is a song recorded by Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte featuring Daddy Yankee. The track was written by Antonio Rayo Gibo, Beatriz Luengo, Yotuel Romero, Raymond Ayala and Derrus Rachel. "Corazón" is a latin-pop and reggaeton, backed by lightly clicking percussion, the song was released on December 17, 2015 on TIDAL and iTunes.[1]
Background
Leitte went to New York in December 2013 where Jay Brown presented music singer, she almost did not record because it was undecided on record in Spanish, then she reconsidered record, made more adjustments in the production mixing Brazilian elements [2]
Live performances
Leitte and Yankee gave her first televised rendition of "Corazón" on The Voice Brasil, on December 19, 2015.
Music Video
The video was shot in Praia Vermelha the city of Rio de Janeiro between 15 and 16 December 2015. The recordings took place between 10 to 23 hours. The renowned designer Giovanni Frasson was responsible for all Claudia costume in the video. During his participation in Baiana FM on January 8, 2016, Leitte said details about the video clip, defining it as the sexiest of his career.[3][4]
On January 25, Claudia announced on their official page in Twitter that the music video will be released on January 28. In addition to the announcement, was released two images of the video clip in the social networks of the singer.[5] The next day, the official site of the singer entered the countdown to the launch of the video clip. A making-of of 31/2 it was released the same day on social networks.[6]
The site Glamurama released an exclusive video clip of the photo clicked by Rachel Tanugi Ribas and announced that the music video was directed by Marcos Mello, director pioneer in fashion film in Brazil.[7]
