County Hall, Chelmsford

Entrance to County Hall. The geometric pattern shown has caused controversy as it can be interpreted as a line of swastikas.^[1]

Essex County Hall in Chelmsford, Essex is a municipal building and the seat of Essex County Council. The old part of the building, Blocks C and D, were constructed from 1909-39 and are listed at Grade II.^[2]
