Crestwood High School or CHS is a public four-year high school in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. It was founded in 1964 and is located on Beech Daly Road between Ford Road and Cherry Hill Road. It is a part of the Crestwood School District.

CHS is a member of the Western Wayne Athletic Conference. The Chargers have a strong tradition in athletics. Their primary rivals are Fordson High School, Dearborn High School, and Garden City High School.
Notable alumni
- Garrett Clayton, an actor, singer, and dancer. He is best known for portraying Tanner in Teen Beach Movie, a Disney Channel Original Movie directed by Jeffrey Hornaday.
- David Knezek, an American politician who represents the 5th District in the Michigan Senate. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Prior to his election in 2014, Knezek served as member of the Michigan House of Representatives from 2013-2014 and as a scout sniper platoon member in the United States Marine Corps, completing two tours of duty in Iraq. He was honorably discharged in 2014, having risen to the rank of Sergeant.
- Robert L. McKenzie, also known as Bobby McKenzie, a domestic and foreign policy analyst, public commentator, and scholar of the Middle East and North Africa. He is a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution, a former Democratic nominee for Michigan’s 11th congressional district, and a former Senior Advisor at the US Department of State.
- Pete Stoyanovich, an American football placekicker who played with the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Rams in the NFL.
- Chris Tamer, a NHL hockey player with the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1993-1998 and the Atlanta Thrashers from 1999-2004.
- Gary Wayne, a Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher who was a member of the inaugural 1993 Colorado Rockies team.
