Crestwood High School or CHS is a public four-year high school in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. It was founded in 1964 and is located on Beech Daly Road between Ford Road and Cherry Hill Road. It is a part of the Crestwood School District.

CHS is a member of the Western Wayne Athletic Conference. The Chargers have a strong tradition in athletics. Their primary rivals are Fordson High School, Dearborn High School, and Garden City High School.

Garrett Clayton, an actor, singer, and dancer. He is best known for portraying Tanner in Teen Beach Movie, a Disney Channel Original Movie directed by Jeffrey Hornaday.
David Knezek, an American politician who represents the 5th District in the Michigan Senate. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Prior to his election in 2014, Knezek served as member of the Michigan House of Representatives from 2013-2014 and as a scout sniper platoon member in the United States Marine Corps, completing two tours of duty in Iraq. He was honorably discharged in 2014, having risen to the rank of Sergeant.
Robert L. McKenzie, also known as Bobby McKenzie, a domestic and foreign policy analyst, public commentator, and scholar of the Middle East and North Africa. He is a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution, a former Democratic nominee for Michigan’s 11th congressional district, and a former Senior Advisor at the US Department of State.
Pete Stoyanovich, an American football placekicker who played with the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs and St. Louis Rams in the NFL.
Chris Tamer, a NHL hockey player with the Pittsburgh Penguins from 1993-1998 and the Atlanta Thrashers from 1999-2004.
Gary Wayne, a Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher who was a member of the inaugural 1993 Colorado Rockies team.
