Daisuke Nakazawa (born 1979) is a sushi chef who is the head chef of Sushi Nakazawa located in New York City. Nakazawa is an apprentice of Jiro Ono working under him for many years.[1] Nakazawa relocated to Seattle for several years before coming to New York to open Sushi Nakazawa.[2][3]
