Dallas B. Phemister

Dallas Burton Phemister (July 15, 1882 – December 28, 1951) was a U.S. surgeon. He gave his name to the Phemister graft. He was the first Chairman of the Department of Surgery at the University of Chicago, which he led until 1947.
