Danny Taberner (born 17 June 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Atherton Colleries.
Taberner became Rochdale's youngest ever goalkeeper when, on 11 November 2009, he made his debut in a 2-0 home defeat in the FA Cup to Luton Town.[1] Taberner was sixty-six days younger than Stephen Bywater, the previous youngest Rochdale 'keeper.[2]
In August 2012 he joined Salford City after a spell at Stockport Sports.
