David Laverne Williams (born August 10, 1945 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa) is a former National Football League wide receiver who played seven professional seasons, mainly for the St. Louis Cardinals. He was the first player signed by the Seattle Seahawks, but never played for the Seahawks due to a knee injury. He was also an All-American for the University of Washington as a football player and decathlete.

Williams was named to the University of Washington's Husky Hall of Fame 2014 class.[2]
